Hey ladies :D This is the first time I am doing a
mini swatch post on the blog. As you must have seen on Facebook, I recently
hauled seven new shades of Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Creams which are launched
very recently. In my earlier post, I had reviewed the shades 05.17A and 12 (read Review HERE). But for the sake of convenience, I have included swatches of those
three as well so that you can decide if they are similar (or not!). Without
further ado, let’s begin the post. A fair warning though, this is going to be a
picture heavy post for obvious reasons :)

Miss Claire Soft Matte Lip Cream
Product Description: It’s not lipstick, nor is it gloss. It’s nothing
like you have experienced before. Its lipstick cream that goes on silky but
looks soft matte.

Price:
It varies from 150/- to 250/- INR on various Instagram stores (Check out stores
selling these in this post). I
bought these at 180/- INR
Packaging:
It comes in a plastic tube with black cap and the cap has an attached applicator
wand. The wand end is tapered which makes it easy to use on even super thin lips
like mine.

My
take:
They smell exactly like toffee and the texture is light soufflé –like. (Unlike
the slightly heavy and drying Incolor Matte Me lipcreams). The pigmentation is splendid
with most shades and a few needs double swiping to get opaque colour. They
apply like melted butter but settle to a soft matte when dry which is very
comfortable to wear for longer hours. You would not feel there is anything on
your lips. They stay on for hours and can survive light meals.

Now here are swatches and description for you all!
· 37:
A rich red with warm undertones. It will brighten up any complexion
· 34:
Bright orange, almost saffron. It will look deeper on pigmented lips. Slightly
verging on neonish on normal lips. It is my least favourite of the lot. Applies
slightly patchy.
· 35:
A deep stunning fuchsia with warm undertones.
· 40:
A much wearable peachy orange better than 34. Perfect for those who want to try
an orange lip without being too loud.
· 38:
A deep, gorgeous berry pink which will suit all complexions. My favourite!
· 47:
A dusty pink in natural light with tinges of peach in tubelight. Quite wearable
shade across many complexions.
· 31:
A lovely peachy nude shade with tinges of light brown. Looks a lot lighter on
pics but is deep enough to suit all complexions. My go-to office-wear color!
· 05:
A warm peach with pinkish undertones. Will suit fair-medium skin tones mostly.
· 17A:
A muddy pink for everyday wear.
· 12:
A clean blue-based fuchsia.
Note: No.34 and No.40 look almost same on wrist swatch but in real they are not. Please refer to the description given for both of them.

Now here are the lip swatches! Please note that the
skin color is varying because Mr.Sun was playing hide and seek with clouds :-/
And also because my skin does not have nay base makeup (I just returned from
office, washed my face and applied these for swatches!)

My favourite among all these in terms of 'wearability' of shade, texture and longevity is No.17A , No.31, No.38 and No.47. Which ones do you like?
