Hey
beauties, I am writing after almost a week since I was super caught up with
work... (cough cough!) laziness :P Today’s review will be on a comparatively new
shopping site on the block called APLAVA. Since we had only Nykaa in India which
caters exclusively to cosmetic and grooming products, I was happy when I came
across this site because let’s admit, who doesn’t like more options when it
comes to buying beauty products online :D There was also a unique feature to this site which I will tell you about
details. Read on!

My take: The first unique thing I
noticed about this site was their “Personalised Beauty test”. They ask you a
series of questions related to your skin hair and eyes based on which “recommended
products” are displayed to you. This serves a good purpose because we get to
know exactly which product is going to work on our skin or hair (and
complexion!)

The website’s interface is clean and not
much is going on in the home page (read uncluttered). The products are

Coming to
what I ordered, this is what I got ladies!
I had
been craving for L’oreal Paris Lincoln Rose and Glamour Fuchsia Lipstick ever
since they got released But could never order them prior to this (God knows
why). So these two had to go in my cart! Along with them, I ordered an all time
favourite of mine, Lakme Insta liquid liner since I am reminded of its
awesomeness by my wedding MUA who used the same liner on both my wedding and
reception evenings (Read my wedding
makeup details HERE and HERE). Last pick was a liquid sindoor from
Coloressense in the shade Red because I prefer using liquid sindoor to work every
day since they are non-messy unlike the powder ones.

My order
was placed hassle-free and I received my order in a week’s time. The packaging was
super secure and even the L’oreal lipsticks which are infamous for
being too soft, were intact during the transit.
Overall I am a happy customer
and would recommend this site to you all J Also,
there is a Father’s Day sale going on in the site today so you might want to give
some skin care or haircare products to your darling dads today :D
