Hello everyone,
Today I’m
going to write my first review ever. Basically I am a “no make-up” girl. I just do the basics. It is the same as the
protagonist had told in the movie “The Princess Diaries" -“My expectation in life
is to be invisible and I’m good at it”. I find it similar when it comes to
make-up. But I do like taking good care of my skin and prefer using
homemade products. I had come to know about the Gia Bath and Body Works from my ex-roomie
Aparajita and I loved the look of the products. And on my last birthday,
Aparajita gifted me one of those beauuuuutiful homemade soaps and I LOVED that
like anything. So my first review on Elegant Eves starts with “Cashmere Crème”……

The
packaging of this product is a bit different as it was a custom order and it
was truly elegant! It was packed in a golden batua and obviously anyone would
love that! <3 The special touch was the birthday note that Mrs. Brown (owner
of Gia Bath & Body Works) had added to it!

The first
thing that struck me about this product was its shape! When I unpacked this I
was in a dilemma whether to use it or to eat it! ;) The size of this cake-soap
is pretty good and most importantly the fragrance, the buttery creamy fragrance
can just take you to another world!
It is the
first time I am using this soap and believe me the first shower I took with it
was mind-blowing one! It was soft, silky and soothing. The moisturising effect
remained for long along with the mesmerizing smell! My skin felt really fresh and I like that
moisturising effect it gave! And I can say it felt like those models seen in the
ads of commercial soaps! ;) It was truly like that, minus all the harshness of
commercial chemical-filled soaps :D

What I love:
The beautiful packaging The shape: it is a “cupcake” for your skin The mesmerizing fragrance No chemical at all Rich in luxuriant beauty butters The after-bath silky-smooth effect
What I don’t love:
Nothing at
all! You can fall in love with it! :P
