My
take: If you read blush reviews (Read them here) on Elegant Eves
before, you would know that I go bananas over warm toned pinks in cosmetics
mainly because my skin is yellow-toned and anything in icy-cool toned pink make
me go ashy. I am not a “everyday blush day” kind of woman, and I use my blushes
only on occasions (Bad decision though, because a nice soft blush add MUCH to
your face). I am also a fan of highlighters because of that obvious glow they
give to our face. Imagine my delight when I found a warm toned pink blush with
golden shimmers :D

Sleek Makeup’s Rose Gold
blush is very well-known in the beauty blogosphere and you will know why now.
It comes in a matte black sleek
packaging with a good mirror inside. There is no brush though! The lock is
quite secure and this makes the blush travel-friendly.

The Blush is a gorgeous
warm pink with tons of golden shimmer! Don’t let that scare you though J The shimmers are finely milled and
blend beautifully on skin giving you a beautiful flush of pink along with a
glow.

The pigmentation is mind blowing and you would have to use this blush
with a very light hand. Less is more in this case. As claimed by the company,
it stays on for pretty long too. On my normal-dry skin, it stays put for about
8 hours.

I have swatched heavily so
that that you can know the shade better but while using on face just a
teeny-tiny amount is sufficient. The best part about this blush is that it will suit
every complexion. The texture is smooth and buttery and it blends
into my dry skin quite easily.

Recommendation: Sleek Makeup’s Rose
Gold blush will be a budget investment if you want a beautiful warm pink
highlighter for your special ocassions. While this is not your everyday wear
blush, this is definitely the only blush you would need to glam up your look in
the special evenings!
