Review of Sure Naturals Henna
Review of Sure Naturals Henna |
Hey beauties, today’s review will be on Sure Naturals Henna by
Prem Henna. If you read my review on SoSilk shampoo from the same brand, you would
know that I had received samples of products from them to test and review. I
found the shampoo decent and was quite excited to try the henna, mainly because
it claimed to contain other 9 herbs too (I am a sucker for anything herbal!) Read
on to find how it fared!

Price: About 75/- for 150gms (To be updated soon. The print
got rubbed off in the packet L )
Shelf Life: 18 months from date of Manufacturing.
My take: The powder looks like normal henna powder and is moss green in color. I noticed that it
is very finely milled and the paste
it created after mixing with water was very smooth too. I had also added some
curd to the henna because I feel that curd helps counter the drying effect of
the henna and adds some good shine to my hair.
As I usually do with henna, I soaked the henna powder
overnight before applying it to clean hair next morning. After keeping for
about 3 hours, I washed off the henna with plain water.
Now I do like the subtle brown tint that henna gives to my
hair, and I was apprehensive that this henna mmight give a strong brown tint which
I might not end up liking. But I was surprised at the nice subtle tint it gave J You can see in the pictures below. It shows up in
sunlight and is not quite promiment in artificial lighting. But then, that’s
how I like it to be J There
was also no hairfall during the washing
off. It is overall a good henna powder and I intend to use it more often.

The only con I would say is the availability. I haven’t seen
it in stores or online sites. You would have to contact their Facebook Page HERE for the same.
Rate: 4/5
Recommendation: If you
are looking for a safe and herbal henna powder which gives subtle brownish tint
to hair as well without causing any hairfall, then Sure Naturals will be a good
choice.
With Love,
